What is Tax Notice Defense?

If you are a member of TaxResources, we will handle any income tax related notice or letter that you receive from the IRS or state.  We will review the notice and the related tax return, discuss the issue with you, including what documentation you may need to provide, and then handle the notice as needed from start to finish.

You must have a membership with TaxResources for that year before you receive the Notice.  For example, if you receive a Notice regarding your 2003 income tax return, you must have a membership for 2003.
